Why Now?

Are we f-cked?

I suppose it depends what we do when we finally feel the weight of the problem.

Do we wait for someone else to come save us?

Do we fire off a post, get riled up in the group chat, and commiserate with the friends who already agree with us?

Or do we take action—in the real world, with real people, in real rooms?

The ocean is absorbing 90% of the excess heat we’ve created and 30% of our carbon emissions. It’s holding the line for us. For now.

So here’s my update:

I’m taking on a small number of freelance projects in content strategy, editorial direction, and storytelling—specifically for organizations doing work that matters: climate, conservation, or community impact.

If we know each other in real life, you know sustainability and environmental action are big deals to me. I pick up litter. I compost. I call my political representatives. I donate my time and money to organizations making a difference.

Now, I'm using my professional skill set too.

Here’s what I’m excited to bring to conservation and sustainability teams:
1. Clear, compelling narratives with actionable takeaways
2. Editorial strategy that cuts through the noise of the internet
3. Brand voice development with substance and staying power

If you’re building something meaningful—and want help telling the story behind it—I’d love to be a resource.
